OMSCo is a cooperative of around 300 British farmers. It is the largest and longest established supplier of organic milk in the UK.
Ordinary milk comes from cows that are fed GM cattle feed, are routinely injected with antibiotics and feed on pastures sprayed with synthetic pesticides. In contrast, OMSCo’s farmers use traditional methods to produce purer, more natural organic milk that is good for you, the cows and the countryside.

Emsworth is a small town in the United Kingdom with narrow streets, Georgian houses, high walled gardens and swans on the mill pond. Emsworth is situated on the south coast on the border between Hampshire and West Sussex. The town lies at the north end of Chichester Harbour, a large but shallow inlet from the Solent. This is now used almost exclusively for recreational sailing, but in the past was the setting for Emsworth's oyster farming industry. In some places the old oyster-beds can still be seen at low tide. The town has a basin for small yachts and a few fishing boats opposite the millpond, an artificial lake which fills at high tide and is emptied through a sluice at low tide. The River Ems, after which the town is named, also flows into the millpond, and although the mill is no longer in use it, now houses one of several local sailing clubs. Fishing vessels are still a familiar sight in Emsworth quay and enhance the nautical atmosphere. |
